As per a report by India Today (on April 11), Banijay Asia has notified the broadcasting channel Colors TV about their decision to withdraw from the show. This withdrawal came as a surprise because some celebrity contestants were already finalized, while others were still in negotiations to be cast, as a source confirmed:
 “A few celebrities were already locked, other celebrities were in the final stages of discussion. Once Banijay decided they wouldn’t do the show, even the dates for the confirmed celebrities had come out.”
Reportedly, this brought disappointment to the host of the show Rohit Shetty, who has been associated with this show for several seasons.
